How the Monkey King board works

When you press spin, a light runs around 26 positions on the board. Twenty-four of those positions show character symbols in different colours. The other two trigger small bonuses.

Before the spin you bet on a character. If the light stops on that character in the matching colour, you win the prize for that bet. If it stops anywhere else, the bet is lost.

The banker, player and tie reel

While the light is running, the game also spins a separate reel. That reel decides the result of a banker, player or tie bet, the same three outcomes you would bet on in baccarat.

The two bets are independent. Your character can miss and your banker, player or tie bet can still win. If the light and the side reel both land where you need them, you are paid on both.

Playing Monkey King sensibly

Covering several characters raises your chance of the light landing on one of yours, but each extra bet costs more and the losing ones still count. The same applies to adding the side bet every round. Decide your total stake per spin before you start, rather than piling on bets after a loss.
