Three Kingdom is a name you will spot on more than one platform. This page is about the version inside Play8oy, which opens with a map rather than a reel set and asks you to pick a side before anything else.

Choosing your kingdom

There are three kingdoms, each with its own colour code: green, blue or red. Each has its own scenery too, ranging from a city to mountains to a thick bamboo forest.

Tap the kingdom you want on the map to start. You are not locked in: the Change Kingdom button lets you switch sides at any point during play. The old notes don't say the kingdoms pay differently, so treat the choice as mostly a matter of which backdrop you prefer.

How Three Kingdom pays

The payment structure is deliberately simple. There are very few special symbols on the reels, and the rewards are modest rather than huge. If you are after one enormous hit, this isn't that kind of game.

Gems are the symbols you will see most often. They come in six colours, and any colour can pay when it forms a group of 3, 4 or 5. Those gem rewards sit between 10 and 40 points, and the figures are much the same whichever gem colour you happen to match. So the colour you hit matters less than how big the group is.

Playing it sensibly

Small, steady rewards suit a small, steady stake. Set a bet you can repeat for a long session and let the gem groups tick over. If a points total feels low, remember it is measured against the credit you bet on the reel, so check the paytable at your chosen bet level.
