Si Xiang takes its name from the four guardian beasts of Chinese tradition, the creatures linked to the four directions. The game leans hard into that idea, and the ACE333 version looks the part.

How Si Xiang looks on the reels

The beasts are drawn as fighters, not mascots. Even the turtle is shown locked in battle with a snake, a nod to the Black Tortoise of the north, which is traditionally pictured with a serpent wrapped around it.
